Who played the best in our opener?

Easily Roberts. Which shows how bad we were going forward today that someone who was on the pitch 10-12 minutes could be considered motm

Was impressed by Hyndman. A vote there for me.
Beers may have been involved in this post.

One Martin Thomas

Hyndman look great on the ball.  Lovely poise and time on the ball.

Zu-Meister

hyndman looked good when he had the ball, but dissapeared for chunks of the game......hoogland was ever present up and down.

grandad

Hyndman as he played the whole game but Roberts was fantastic for the last 15 mins.

Hyndman looked well established, Patrick Roberts caught the eye and should come on earlier next game, possibly start...

Hyndman is going to get some looks for the USA by this time next year. Very composed on the ball, needs some steel around him though. Roberts is special and dangerous attacking tired legs in the final third.. Hoogland was good in the second half..
Just score 3+ goals a game and we will gain promotion...I promise

FPT

For me, our new Eastern European centre back, an absolute rock in the middle of (at times) a very nervy defence. 7 tackles and 6 interceptions is impressive at any level.

Hyndman

:033: Be low profile. I think a lot here don't know he's a yank.
Its not that I could and others couldn't.
Its that I did and others didn't.

Hyndman was excellent, and Roberts was seriously good coming off the bench.

the nutflush

Roberts is the only one who looks like a constant threat.  I like the way Hoogland plays.

Max Headroom

Hyndman might be american, but in terms of football he is made in fulham, so noone will ever make any anti american comments about him.

I was surprised at how good he was at this level having been impressed with him at youth level.

He is going to be a special player!

Luka

I'm loving Kostas the Greek.
If this level of commitment, fight and determination is normal for him, then he's going become one of my all time favourites.

Roberts caught the eye for the last 15 minutes against a team that were tiring, lets not bulid him up too much until he does it constantly week in week out  065.gif
