Title: blocking posters
Post by: HatterDon on December 06, 2013, 02:11:07 AM
I haven't needed to do this for a while, but it appears that I'll be wanting to soon. I've been on my profile as well as the profile of the person I want to block, but I can't find the place I used to do this.

Help me Obi Wan; you're my only hope

How do I block a posted who spams 20 threads a day, but there post is in the header?

They only post a scarf in the body, so it's pointless to block that part, I want to block their threads too? Is that possible?

I think if you block a poster if they start a thread then the thread will be blocked however, if someone adds to the thread then you might see these "additions"

try blocking me and then go to the "old" daily news threads and see if you can see any

I don't block any one, I like to see the full horror of it all.

I have blocked a user, but I can still see all of his threads, even the ones that no-one has replied to.

If I go into the thread, then I see 'you cannot read this you have blocked the user etc...', but that all seems a bit pointless, since his post half the time is just a scarf, with the comments in the header.
