OK, here's an easy one but I like it: who was the first player to kick a ball in a football league game played on a Sunday? And why was he the first?

Early kickoff?
Millwall and Fulham contested the first ever Sunday league football match at The Den in 1974. it was the earliest game kicking off that day.
Correct, it was the only 11am kickoff - and we played at Millwall in primrose yellow!
