He's at the tournament, he's not in it. Both the Sessegnons are with the group but not part of the squad

The Sessegnons probably have mates in the u17s.

Ryan (along with Tayo Edun) will be in the u19 squad for the finals of the Euros in July.
England have Germany, Netherlands and Bulgaria in their group.

The u17 team (for whom Stephen Sessegnon had made a couple of appearances in qualifying) showed the best and the worst of English football.
They fought hard against a classy Spanish side and held a 2-1 lead until very late on.
They then indulged in some blatant time-wasting and the Spaniards equalised in the last second of the time the ref had added on for that.
The England boys were then demolished in a penalty shoot-out in which they looked like they'd never seen a football before.

What is it with the English and penalties?
