Very, very thick. The question is, whether anyone is willing to share this important information with me. Because you know what I'll do with it!!! >:(

...WN, go to your you tube video, and on the right hand side beneath the posters name there are two sets of figures, the URL and Embed.

Highlight the characters in the embed section, right mouse click and click on 'copy' then go to the FOF post you want to add it to - then left click on the symbol to the right of the 'insert image' one that looks like a blue globe - this comes up as 'insert hyperlink'.

In the post you will see the letters url and /url between [] symbols, click between ]and[ and paste. so if you copied this (take away the spaces) <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.   youtube.com   /v/Zdfztm1Mx74&hl=en_GB&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/Zdfztm1Mx74&hl=en_GB&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>  you should get this:-

...oh, and some posters of videos will disable the embed option for whatever reason, then all you can do is give the url link - like the famous Fred Spikesly one with Len Oliver and Bert Barrett at Craven Cottage...

Thanks for all that LB. Could you move this thread to the 'Website Feedback' section and delete the post in there already where I have asked the same question. Cheers
