I'm sure there's a poster on TIFF who lives in Sharm el Sheikh (can't for the life of me remember who though!), so it might be worth asking over there as well

Loads of bars down the main drag which show football.  You'll find somewhere, assuming you are not blinded by the constant neon glow...
