He's been a total star, I don't expect us to fall hard if he goes however. Bryan and Murphy were involved in a lot of those assists. Nice to have a fulham compilation, they're a rare thing

awesome video!

I think we will only notice how seriously good Dempsey is once it's the past.

he is definitely going on my shirt if he is still at the club next year.

Dempsey should stay, if this video has convinced me of anything, its that Dempsey will be hard pressed to find a team like Fulham with not one not two but three truly gifted creative midfielders in Murphy, Dembele and Ruiz. He's a world-class goalscorer, and a player like Dempsey thrives when the team plays for him, which is exactly what Fulham has done so well this season. Cheers to Dempsey and I'll thank him for his contribution if he moves on, but I think he's smart enough to know that he's got it all going for him at Fulham.

Look at the way he thanks his teammates after every goal, Dempsey knows he belongs at Fulham.

What's the point of staying sober?

We talk about how many shots he takes (and at one point this season it was the most in the division) and how many appear speculative and wasteful but that video shows how good his radar and his positioning is. Its almost all one touch and in stuff. No setting himself up or playing one two's - he just gets on the end of the cross or parried shot and bang.

One thing that marks him out as a cut above the vast majority of players is how hard he works and how well he adapts. There was a time when he needed to muscle up over the summer and sure enough he came back a much bigger, more robust player and his game got better because of it. He has had to adapt to different managers playing styles, training regimes and positional requirements and he has done it all uncomplainingly and without ever dropping off in terms of quality and delivery. He has been super consistent - has he ever had even a bad half a season let alone a season - and he has been the fundamental difference between us having good seasons and poor ones for every one of the last 5 years. Intially we loved him because he worked so hard and never gave up but he has dropped the tricks and added so much to his game since he has been with Fulham that he is a so much more complete player now.

Love that Europa team as well. We have so many good players in the squad now that I can't see how else some will get playing time unless we are in Europe. Jol has obviously said that regular European football is the aim but I am sure going to miss it next season. Hopefully we will get to two Cup finals instead!!
