Does no one else find the speech impediment thing a bit boring? I'm not even sure he actually pronouces his R's as W's.

No Roy doesn't pronounce his Rs as Ws - he just rolls his Rs. Must be annoying being accused of having a speech impediment that you don't have. Good luck Roy I say…
