Riise (just) over Dempsey. Can't vote for Clint every game.

Hangers has got it tonight. He is followed very closely by Hughes and Dempsey. Hughes is one of the most honest and professional players I have ever seen play.

Brede was a beast the whole match, prevented a certain goal when he was on the line and made one brilliant last-ditch challenge to stop a one-on-one.
Has to be him.

Danny Murphy, but for the young and the young at heart who grew up in the 90s like me, its got to be Martin

Hangeland had a hard job to do tonight and he made the job look easy, keeping Carroll from getting onto crosses is harder than people think, just because he isn't hitting them home at the moment doesn't mean he doesn't know where the net is. All of the crosses were dangerous and the ball could have fallen anywhere, the back four was solid for near enough 90 minutes.

Senderos has his strengths but Brede always plays better with Hughes alongside.

For the only reason I've voted for Hangeland on several occasions this season, Hughes.
