England beat Australia by 7 wickets on the final of the 20/20 world cup. They did it at a canter with 3 overs to spare..

Well done boys.. ENGLAND FOOTBALL TEAM TAKE NOTE!!!

HatterDon

well done, indeed!  :clap_hands:

Mrska: if you want any comments re-cricket on Friends of Fulham, you should go over to the Exiles and Foreigners section of the board.

Oh well now i know.  I thought the board was about a community, and raising matters that you think people will be interested in. I don't really appreciate being told where i can and can't post.

Mr Ska,
I don't think Mr Hatter meant anything. I think you are reading too much into this. Of course you can post where ever you want, just ask Mr Freddy.

In any event don't take it out on Mr Hatter because we won the equivalent of the World Mini-Golf Championship.

Great effort from the boys today. It always feels FANTASTIC to give the Aussies a thumping.

my bad, Mr. Ska. I did indeed NOT mean anything derogatory with my comment -- although I can see how it was taken as such.

I wasn't getting anywhere near where something should or should not be posted on this site. I only meant that cricket seems to draw a lot of negative comments on threads in this category, where there's a long-running thread in the exiles category that's good-natured and into its 4th page now, and that folks more inclined to comment on cricket seem to do so over there.

Sorry to have ruffled your feathers -- however innocent in intent I might have been. And I was sincere in my congratulations.

Without a doubt, Mrska.  :048:

As dozens of Offal trollers shake their heads in disgust, click off Friends of Fulham, and go looking for Internet porn.

It is nice to see likeable people represent england . But then you have england footballers like the drug cheat ferdinand .total unlikeable terry then you have no talent chancers like walcott and wright philips.I will cheer for england but the team has no passion or pride for the country it represents.only interested in how much merchandising they can get out of it so to line there pockets .there is no stuart pearce or bobby charlton hasnt been for a long time true patriots.that wore the three lions and meant something to them

Agree very much Mr Flynny.

However you left out Terry Butcher. Remember the bloody head bandage in 1990?
