...I will go along with this post, I remember spouting my misgivings about SVE and his track record for England and being told - and shown, that in fact he had a good record. That said the games were dire.

He was not that inspiring with Man Citeh, where he had loadsa Shinawatra's money and his choice of players, and Notts County, well that confirmed to me my opinions were founded about the man.

I don't believe he is a tactician, he just surrounds himself with expensive players and expects them to get on with it.

It really is a bit of a shame we have this thread on the board, however football fans often are a bit premature (ooh err missus) and speculation is their addiction.

My vote would go to that young foreign chappie currently in charge at WBA.
