said on twitter - we still have Bryan Ruiz in a Black and White (with a bit of Grey) shirt - no takers, not even Tony and Guy wanted him

Hooray Bryan is staying

Good! Now for the love of Mike, let's use him and get the heck on with it.
There is only one Fulham Football Club.

Peabody

For his and our sake, he has to play, certainly until the next window.

What about Mitro, has he gone?

nose

if ruiz were to play in this physical high tempo division, exactly where should the bundle of dynamite play on the pitch?

Berserker

Where he played in the world cup?

The Rock

I think it would be wonderful if we kept Ruiz in the way that I think he would play for us and give it his all. He's generally liked and a likeable fellow who we all would like to see do well, even if he previously didn't live up to expectations. He doesn't seem like he'd carry a grudge in still being with us.

But where on earth does he fit into this side? He's somewhere between not good enough for Felix and potentially outclasses the entire team when played properly.

His tackling will scare the crap out of the opponents midfield'

"Be careful of the one with the flicking hair, he's a real cruncher"
"I've heard that you just say Boooo and he's away"
"I've heard if you blow on him he's over"
"I've heard that he runs along side you, slightly backing away as if he were a mirror image"
"I've heard he scores a fantastic goal every 10-15 games, make sure it's not against us"
"But, he had a fantastic World Cup"
"Not from what I saw, he was OK"
"He couldn't cut it in the more sophisticated PS, how's he gone cope with us neanderthals
hacking at him from the first minute"
"He'll need to change his shorts every 5 minutes:
"ha ha ha UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"

But he can't play in Brazil every game

Wait, so you're saying he can only play well in the World Cup?

Noooooo

Some one asked where he would play
The reply was 'Where he played in the World Cup"
My response about not playing every game in Brazil meant
he would hsve to play them in England

Shredhead

He was great in Brazil, but the games were generally slower. I would love to see him playing for us again, if only to see if he really CAN cut it in England.

That means Magath will no doubt slot him in at left back.

Reznor

It'd be like putting a lamb in with the wolves in this division. I wouldn't play him.

domprague

Don't be ridiculous. He's left footed so Penfold will obviously play him on the right of central defence.

You came all this way ... and you lost, and you lost.

domprague

You think he's a Preston-type of player and you want to loan him out to Wolverhampton Wanderers?
