The clock struck half past thirteen as Winston Jones made his way to the News paper office. He hated doing Saturdays. But then Saturdays had always enjoyed doing him.He was told he had to report to the Fulham Office. It could mean only one thing. Same reporting as last week. Winston began to regurgitate the news and felt for the first time that the people who read it would no longer be fooled.

' Hodgson is new Liverpool Manager. But then Liverpool are still talking to 101 other people. Hughes will be Fulhams new manager, unless the 101 other people mentioned may be, unless that is Roy doesn't go. 39 year old man to be sold and a 53 year old man to replace him. But then maybe not as 52 year old is line to take over at Liverpool or maybe Fulhams top job. No hurry for official announcements because frankly who cares what Fulham do except Fulham and they would love a manager back who wants to leave and is just waiting for a better offer'

O Brian looked at Winstons report. ' Your not really very good at this are you?' he said. Winston smiled and then shrugged 'People will believe any old crap because we write it. By the way did you know that Sven has only one leg' said Winston

'Really?' asked O Brian
'Time for bed' said Winston.
