Maybe a slightly silly (or obvious) question, but if one is blind, how would one know the bloody sign is even there, let alone to actually feel it for something 'written'.  :002:

Maybe they should have those pebble-dash walls, would give a blind person something to 'read' whilst waiting for the end. :038:
