When we renewed our season tickets in Block H, we moved two rows forward. When I tried to buy two tickets for the game tomorrow the computer did not recognise my client reference number. As we had not received our new season tickets, I used my client reference on my old tickets.
I had to create a new account to get our tickets for tomorrows game. Which we did.
Hopefully our new season tickets will arrive before the first home league game.

Should have called the ticket office, they'd have looked your account up. The season tickets are meant to be with us at the beginning of next week but who knows?!

We did not decide to go to the match until 8.pm this evening. Got my confirmation of order through within 15 minutes.

There are always hiccups at the beginning of the season

We have all been given new client reference numbers.
I have lost my friends and family links and also booking history.  However the points are still there.
It would have been helpful if the club had advised supporters of the change via their website, but hey-ho.
