Just checked on the VW website, my 8 month old  diesel Golf which I was expecting to be recalled is infact not one of the affected vehicles. :yay: :clap_hands:

To be far, you could get a brand new VW and have about £30,000 in the bank.


On that subject though, it's funny how none of the other makers have come out and condoned VWs behaviour. Meaning they're all at it. Big money!

Yep, that came to my mind. Here is the States they jump on any competitors weaknesses, and the fact that VW are in such a jam on this, I commented on the fact that no other manufacturer has mentioned a dickie bird regarding how their emissions DO measure up, during the adverts.

Perhaps this is the opposite of "The lady doth protest too much, methinks", better known as "heads down lad"
