Assuming that I have filled in the blanks correctly then that is an idiotic statement.  His record, including a seventh place finish with Charlton, is better than any of those that we have been linked too or those who have been suggested on this messageboard who are realistic.

But your missing the point,  curbs hasn't managed in 7 years, he has been overlooked a few times for a reason I guess, curbs has been left behind and we don't need to rekindle the love

No, I am not.

As I said, his record when he managed was better than those we have been linked with. He may not be the best option for us now but his previous performances were not as described and exactly because he has not been in the role there is no way to judge that that has changed.

As an aside, he makes more sense as a pundit than many on tv.

In my opinion, we need a complete clear out. All the old staff gone and new ones bought in. Why have one or two of the bad elements still around? They're not needed.
