had a listen back to the game last night to rejog my memory and the only decisions that stood out were the pantsil challenge at the beginning should have been a yellow, murphy should have got a yellow for a late tackle on scholes (he didn't give a foul), dembele should have won a penalty and zamora's chance near the end was offside.

Duff had already been booked. If he'd deliberately handled the ball in the area he should have been off.

The ball clearly struck his hand rather than vice versa and its hard to see how Duff could have avoided it. The ball spun off his foot. Definitely should not have been a penalty.

The ref was right to give the Davies goal and not to give a penalty for hand ball in the United area because the ball hit the players backside.

The Dembele shirt pull was blatant and given how few players there were in the area no referee should have missed that.

I think Walton is usually one of the better refs because he tries not to get in the way and impose his personality. He got 2 penalty calls wrong yesterday though.
