Slaviša Jokanović will have a near fully fit squad to choose from when Fulham travel to Villa Park on Saturday.

Tomas Kalas is the only player ruled out of contention for the meeting with Aston Villa, and his Head Coach is hopeful of having the defender back in full training soon.

"Right now it's only Tomas Kalas who's outside of the squad," he stated. "The only problem is with Tomas and we expect next week he can be available to start working with us."

There's better news regarding the Whites' attacking options, though, as Tom Cairney could return after missing the Norwich City draw, while long-term absentee Floyd Ayité is available once again.

"Floyd Ayité started working with us today for the first time after a long period," Jokanović revealed. "It was his first day back training with the group.

"We're going to assess him and choose what we believe is the best for him and for us, immediately or in the next game, he's going to be available soon to help us.

"Tom Cairney is working with us. He wasn't ready for the last game but we believe he can be ready for the game that is in front of us."
The above IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is an opinion.

We may yet hear the horse talk.

I can stand my own despair but not others hope

Very good news.  Better to have the problem of too many options then not enough.
Anyone can blend into the crowd.  How will you standout when it counts?

So that's 100% confirmation then that LVC isn't injured.

Ok so if Jozabed isn't in the squad again can we assume something's up?
or like a number of players he is just not being selected atm.

Thought Slavisa said that he had to prepare himself to play in this league....or something to that effect....some time ago. At the time, to me anyway, Slavisa's comments sounded more like a challenge than they did a matter of fact.

Thank you. Being a Yank. I've never heard that one. I love throwing out weird sounding words around my young ones. Give them a giggle. Codswallop will be today's new one.

Will do. I'll tell my son on his way out the door to football practice. It'll give him something to spin his mind around while he's away.

Back to the original OP.

If everyone except Kalas is available, then Joka has some great decisions to make for the starting XI.  Do you start with the same line up as Norwich, especially after the second half play, or do you make some changes?

Do you bring back in Cairney and if so where do you play him?  Does go back out wide or do you drop him in behind Martin in the #1o role?
Do you stay with Malone or bring in Sigurdsson?
Does Fredericks start or do you still bring him in as a super sub to run at a tired defense later in the second half?
Do you stick with McDonald and Parker or do you bring in Tunni with Parker instead?

All good questions that are wonderful for Joka to have to answer.  Personally I wouldn't mind seeing this.

Subs:
Ayité
Smith
Bettinelli
Fredericks
McDonald
Sessegnon
Kebano

If things go right, Fredericks to come on for Odoi in 60th minute.  McDonald for Tunni around 70th minute followed by Smith for Martin with Martin getting a great round of applause for his two goal contribution.

Re above.

Personally, I wouldn't drop either Malone (despite his 2 penalty concessions) or Johansen

Might be good for Cairney to be on the bench. He hasn't been the same since Joka announced he was a Premier League standard player
