I hate to say it but we should be selling Sess at 25m.  He is wasted at left back.  We have plenty of options further forward on the left.  We can spend 5m on a left back and 10m on a good striker who can deliver 20 goals and still have cash left for Xmas.

i would only do that if all the money was upfront and not what is reportedly on offer as it stands

If we assume that Bennet and Fonte sign, I'd be okay with that if Madl doesn't leave. I'd like another CB if he is though.

He could be worth twice that in a years time, plus I don't want to sell him, as if a club has ambitions why sell your best players. Selling clubs rarely win anything. We have a better chance of promotion if he is wearing a Fulham shirt, plus he appears to be happy where he is at Fulham FC

think it was the telegraph and some othe rpapers that said they had, and sky reported that. they now confirm no bid.

EFL SET FOR TRANSFER TALKS

After it was announced Premier League clubs would discuss the proposed introduction of a new summer transfer window that closes before the opening game of next season, the EFL have released the following statement:

"The EFL Board and its Clubs have previously expressed the opinion that closing the summer transfer window in advance of the season commencing would be an improvement on the current position.

"On this basis we will be tabling the matter for discussion with Clubs in September.

"It will be important that all the consequences of such a decision are fully considered, as the requirements of our Clubs are different to those in Europe's top flight leagues."
