Why is the goalkeeper kit more expensive than the home shirt? Or has this always been the case?

Has it got a padded chest and elbows.

Last year's GK shirt had padded elbows.

Would Grovesnor allow that? I would have thought it would reduce the money they would pay us if they only sponsored the home shirt.

It would but then the away sponsor would obviously pay which could even it out or even surpass it.

Apologies if it's been said but does anyone know when the away and third kits are out?

It's been styled as MAIN TEAM PARTNER which suggests it's on all main team kits. However it doesn't say sponsor or club sponsor, maybe choice of words leaves it open for other partners to come in , like a back of shirt or training kit sponsor

Ok so ELEV8 make their kits now, and ELEV8 energy drinks is an away sponsor, probably just company names acquired by the owner to pump money in to get around FFP ?
Not sure you could find a company who specialise in energy drinks and kit manufacturing.

Ipswich wore all blue with white sleeves 1965-72, and had all blue with pinstripes last season.
They regularly switch between blue and black shorts but it's the sponsor/kit manufacturer standing out for me
