I bought my first Fulham season ticket when there was the early bird discount. Is it normal that I didn't receive anything yet?

Yeah quite normal, usually get sent out 1-2 weeks before season starts

Yep. It's also normal for some to not arrive by the first game of the season and some to not arrive at all!!
