Usually during the week before the first game of the season. Last year, however, some didn't arrive at all.

I too am waiting, not very good is it.

Perhaps the club are looking to sign a new striker, announce the new kit and issue season tickets all on the same day.

Yep.  Mine failed to arrive, I had to arrange for the club to sort a duplicate and picked up before the Newcastle game.  The ticket I finally picked up had issue number 3 written on it - no idea what happened to the other 2!

Are they issuing new tickets to existing holders? Assume we keep the same old tickets as usual if we're not changing seats? I can't make the first game and have sent mine to a mate so hope I'm right!!

Be careful, you should check with the ticket office. Some seasons they run with the old card others they issue a new card. We don't know where we are at the moment.

To answer my query.... from the official site.
"Will I receive a new card ahead of the 2017/18 season?
All supporters will receive a brand new Season Ticket card ahead of the new campaign. Cards will be delivered the week commencing Monday 31st July."

word on twitter is that new cards will be sent out this week. Last seasons wont be used this year

Week commencing 31st July !!  Well that makes Saturday 5th August a possibility, my post arrives about 1-30pm that day and I leave for the match at 1-15pm.

They are making us sweat on this , you really would have thought at least they could have said before Monday 31st July.

Guess the mailing company is busy stuffing Grosvenor Casino vouchers into the packs. They really should send the tickets as soon as you buy them, and the packs later.

I went in on Tuesday to get tickets for Wolfsburg game and they were sending them out starting this week.I assume they will send them out in batches

Email reply from the club said have ST's by next week. I also asked about Ipswich away tickets but was told to look for date of sale on website.

Alphabetical order no doubt so if your name is Andrew you can relax, all the Smiths will be biting there nails and those poor fans whose name begins with "Z" will be lucky to see the Norwich match.

Agree. They've had our money for months. Should get tickets promptly then the fancy pack could be later and more relevant.
