Smudger was not plan b, when he was here, he was plan C, that's why he only had 10 mins here and 20 mins there, and he should still be here.
So it's best to blame whoever was plan b, but it wasnt him.
Other players get a whole 90 mins and still cant score.
Plus the team as a whole is too light weight, and comfortable to play against.

When he puts himself about he can make us chances but unlike Smith he has pace and fitness.

I don't mind big strikers if they are competent with the ball at their feet. He was not so am not sure why he is mentioned so much.
Look at Nuhiu for Wednesday today. Came on and held the ball up on the left side. Beating a few men. Something Smith could never do as he had the turning circle of a truck.
So glad we have left players like Smith in the past honestly.

Smith was actually better with the ball at his feet than he was at headers. Lost count of the times he either headed wide or straight at the keeper. Another zat Knight, will get on the end of most due to height but couldn't header properly

Kamara has been here less than a month so not sure we can make any sort of judgement of his ability yet.

Smith was here two and a half seasons and proved very little. I'm annoyed at the result and how we're not clicking, but it was worse when we had to resort to Matt Smith off the bench to get done in the air all the time despite his height.

I agree Mince, people cannot blame smudger for Fulham's previous short comings. He wasn't given enough time on the pitch, and yet others get 90mins time and again, and still do not score. At the end of the day, we are talking about a plan B, which is normally used after a plan A is not working.
But the only plan up our sleeve seems to be a plan 🆘.
