what are fulhams records, who holds them and from when?

Sergio aguero has just equalled man city's goalscoring record, whilst sky sports have an article on each premiership clubs top goalscorers and that got me thinking about what fulhams were and who held them and for how long they've stuck for and also when the most recent record was broken.

Struck me that I've luckily witnessed record breakers in the likes of shearer, aguero, Henry and rooney but not sure I've seen any fulham record breakers.

Clean sheets? Assists? Most wins? Most appearances? Most goals scored? Any others?

Would be great to be a club and witness our records (mainly positive ones) be beaten in real time and see players stay at the club long enough to break them..

Anyone know what are records are and where they stand?

'Assists' is a fairly recent statistic...but I think most people's guess for this one historically would be pretty close to the truth.
