I know Shahid employed Tony , and Tony went and gave himself extra responsibility but I haven't seen it reported that Tony actually owns the club now, as described in Tony's social media channels?

Is this basically showing the writing on the wall that no matter what the guy does, he's untouchable? Unsackable?

Shouldn't there be a separate director of football for accountability purposes if he actually does own the club?

Extract from Tony Khan biog on Club website:
"...Tony Khan is a co-owner of both FFC and the Jacksonville Jaguars, a National Football League team based in the United States where he holds the title of Senior Vice President, Football Technology & Analytics. Tony Khan is also the owner and chairman of TruMedia Networks, a Boston-based engineering firm specialising in innovative sports analytics solutions for leagues, franchises, and media partners across the athletic industry..."

Busy little chap inne?

Likely nothing more than a tax dodge. If he's part owner then there's no inheritance tax and no confusion  on title when Khan senior is called to his reward. If you had billions, you'd do much the same thing.
Its not that I could and others couldn't.
Its that I did and others didn't.

I always return to the basic fact that if you don't know about something you ask somebody who does. Clearly it is in the interest of the owners for Fulham to do well.  What I find hard to understand is those that are at the club like Alistair Mackintosh doesn't try and explain what works in football and what doesn't.

So far we have decisions to employ Magath and Kline who frankly have turned out be little short of certifiable. I don't mind trying new things and failing. But to employ people who are so short on knowledge of the Championship and football it has become a rather dangerous joke that they don't seem to learn from.
The above IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is an opinion.

We may yet hear the horse talk.

Pantomime season is not far away.  Let's see if we can get identification of the bad guys right this time (Clue: in panto it's normally made very obvious).

I wouldn't say Khan jr is the bad man in this scenario. Holding down 2 jobs (owner and director of football) at 2 very different sports teams as well as owning and running a separate company not only dilutes his interests but also his efforts and concentration.
Mistakes, errors and lapses in judgement are therefore bound to happen, my question was considering he's part owner, has he no one to answer to, and this situation remain the status quo where a director of football is busy with so much non fulham related stuff?

"Tony Khan is also the owner and chairman of TruMedia Networks" - Tony Khan is still employing Craig Kline at TruMedia, I severely doubt we've seen the last of him.
