We Are Premier League

Dear santa!

1. New contract for Fredricks
2. Bring Garbutt back from Everton, or sign Haidara from Newcastle
3. Sign Cathcart from Watford
4. Don't be ageist and welcome Ulloa to the club
5. Take a chance on Akpom

6. Convince Braga that Fonte is what they need to push on in Europe
7. Buy Soares a planeticket to Portugal
8. Say farewell to Madl

Why would we want Garbutt? Has hardly set the world alight and got relegated with Wigan last year...

Garbutt was one of the worst left backs we have had in years and one of the last players I would want back at Fulham.

There is a post on Cottage Corner that suggests that Kline may still have some influence in January.
God forbid.

James Husband on the other hand I'd fully welcome back

How would that work? The dudes been fired. Equally the OP on that thread cant even spell the world horrible...

I'll cut and paste below for anybody else:

I have heard a very nasty rumour:
T Khan is still secretly in touch with Kline, and Kline will have his say in whatever business we do in January!!!
If true this could only happen at Fulham.

@jolslover

I'd love Ulloa. George Friend would be top signing.

Yes to both - go right into the first team set up. I always liked Ulloa in PL, just that Leicester has good options upfront unlike some teams I know...

They would be fantastic but how would we attract them? We'ed Need to be showing enormous ambition and that is not the case.

This is our biggest draw back. Does Jok have the pulling power to attract players of this quality.
I fear not, do Fulham FC show the aspirations required to pull these players to the club, or even have the ability to sell the club to a decent quality player, I doubt it.
Where are the signs that the club can.

Fulham boss Slavisa Jokanovic happy with Swansea interest but says his job is with the Cottagers

Fulham manager Slavisa Jokanovic responded to speculation linking him to the vacant Swansea City role and insisted he was happy with the Championship side.

Jokanovic's stock will have rose in Wales after a comprehensive 4-2 victory over Cardiff as the Cottagers inflicted the Bluebirds' first home defeat of the season.

Swansea would provide the Serbian with a Premier League opportunity but after a 5-0 defeat to Liverpool on Boxing Day, the Swans lie at the foot of the table with only 13 points from 20 matches.

Fulham on the other hand are only one point shy of where they were at the same stage last season - a campaign in which they reached the play-offs.

The ex-Watford boss said: "I am working with my team, I am happy with where I am, my job is here and not with another side, but if somebody is interested in myself then I must be happy."

The former Chelsea player refused to be drawn when asked if he was aware of any interest from the top flight team, however.

He said: "I am thinking only about my team and preparing my team for the next game."

In other words he is indicating that he is not saying anything until his lawyer arrives.
But I cannot see him leaving, certainly not for Swansea.

Kline is still employed by trumedia, Tony Khan's analytics business, it seems Tony is trying his absolute best to ruin the opportunity we have to build in January.

I really hope he's swallowed a bit of pride, admitted fault and got rid o him, but the fact he still pays Klines salary says an awful lot, TK still thinks he was right and will always be right.
