Tottenham target Ryan Sessegnon odds-on to stay at Fulham during January transfer window

Spurs, as well as Manchester United and Liverpool, have all been linked to the 17-year-old over the past year

Tottenham target Ryan Sessegnon is odds-on to remain at Fulham after the January transfer window, despite interest from some big-name Premier League clubs.

The 17-year-old has been a constant fixture in Slavisa Jokanovic's side this season, making 22 appearances for the Cottagers already at both left back and further forward.

He bagged a hat-trick on his 50th appearance for the club at Sheffield United and has been linked with Tottenham, Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United over the course of the season and last summer.

Along with twin Steven, the pair signed their first professional deals in the summer which will keep them at the club until 2020, and SkyBet have given odds of 1/2 for the wonderkid to stay at his boyhood club.

If he was to leave, Tottenham are the favourites to sign him with odds of 5/2, with Liverpool at 8/1, while Manchester United are at 16/1.

Premier League champions Chelsea are 25/1 to sign him, while you can get odds of 6/4 for Sessegnon to leave Fulham.

The iniativative is part of the FFCF's Charity Matchday against Birmingham and will see their logo on the front of the match day shirt

Fulham will wear the Fulham Football Club Foundation's (FFCF) logo on the front of their shirts against Birmingham City on Saturday after Grosvenor Casinos gifted their shirt sponsorship.

The initiative is part of FFCF's Official Charity Match Day on December 9, for which supporters are asked to bring £1 to the ground to donate to the Foundation.

Fans will also be able to bid for match worn shirts, which will be signed and donated following the fixture, with all funds going directly to FFCF's disability provision in the community.

Grosvenorcasinos.com, Fulham's Main Team Partner, has donated the front of shirt logo space, recognising an opportunity to make a unique contribution to the cause and to help raise the profile of the Foundation.

Aaron O'Sullivan, Head of Marketing (Digital) at grosvenorcasinos.com, said: "We're thrilled to be involved in supporting Fulham's Official Charity Match Day by donating our shirt sponsorship.

"The FFC Foundation do so much fantastic work in the community and it will hopefully be a great day for all involved."

Button: Difficult Day

David Button was frustrated with how the result slipped away from Fulham on Saturday afternoon.

Neeskens Kebano's effort had put the impressive Whites in front on 25 minutes, but a deflected Sergi Canos strike meant Brentford went into the break level.

And the hosts took control early on after the restart, with Romaine Sawyers' goal and Denis Odoi's red card setting them up for a 3-1 derby win.

"After going 1-0 up we obviously need to defend our lead better," Button stated. "We need to be a bit cleverer with how we defend. In the second half we concede following a set-piece and then get the red card, which made it a difficult day for us.

"We played well in the first half but didn't manage to see it through to half-time, which would've given us a good platform to build on.

"Playing away from home with 10 men is always going to be hard, so that was perhaps the turning point because I thought up until then we were well in the game, and that made it really difficult for us."

The defeat was a hard one to take at the home of our rivals, and Button is desperate for an immediate response when Birmingham City come to Craven Cottage at the weekend.

"It's a league where the games come thick and fast," he said. "We'll have to pick our heads up and try and get back to winning ways against Birmingham.

"Every match in this division is difficult, and Saturday will be no different. I'm sure they'll come and work hard and make it tricky for us, but it's one that we're also confident of winning."

Fulham versus Birmingham City at Craven Cottage is our Official Charity Matchday, and we're asking all fans to 'Bring A Pound To The Ground' to support the Foundation.

David Button believes Fulham need to defend leads better after 3-1 defeat at Brentford

Neeskens Kebano had given the side the lead but Brentford came from behind to win 3-1 - something that is happening too often

David Button believes Fulham need to learn how to defend leads better after throwing away yet another one in the 3-1 defeat to Brentford.

The Whites have thrown away leads several times over the course of the season and Saturday was another to add to that list as the Bees came from behind after Neeskens Kebano had put Slavisa Jokanovic's side in the lead.

Sergi Canos got one back before Romaine Sawyers put the home side in front, with Denis Odoi getting sent off for his second yellow shortly afterwards before Ollie Watkins sealed it.

It's happening too often for Fulham, and Button believes the side need to be smarter in how they defend.

He said: "After going 1-0 up we obviously need to defend our lead better," Button stated. "We need to be a bit cleverer with how we defend. In the second half we concede following a set-piece and then get the red card, which made it a difficult day for us.

New images: Fulham's Riverside Stand project to create 'world-class leisure destination'

The Riverside Stand itself will be rebuilt with more seats, increasing the stadium's total capacity by 4,300 to 30,000 / Populous

We're confident that the plans we have laid out will both upgrade the current stand and add new facilities that everyone in the community will be able to enjoy and appreciate
– Alistair Mackintosh, CEO, Fulham FC

Fulham Football Club has submitted an application to the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham Council for the redevelopment of the Riverside Stand at its historic Craven Cottage home.

New renderings released by Populous show how the stand has been designed with "an iconic roof design" to better connect with the river.

Sports architects Populous are behind the proposals, which club chair Shahid Khan claims will "transcend the customary standards of football grandstands" by "blending history and the contemporary like no stadium in the land or beyond".

If approved by the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham Council, the scheme will see the creation of riverside pubs and restaurants, event facilities, green spaces and public access to a river walk along the River Thames, in addition to nine new apartments at either end of the site.

The Riverside Stand itself will be rebuilt with more seats, increasing the stadium's total capacity by 4,300 to 30,000. A new basement will make room for 'back of house' facilities and lounge space.

The architects were tasked with creating something sympathetic in scale to the adjoining stands and trees to the south while reducing the impact of floodlighting on the river. They propose to achieve the latter by removing two existing floodlight masts and building a new system below the roof.

The application follows a period of consultation and open dialogue with residents, supporters and stakeholders.

"Everyone at Fulham is incredibly excited to submit this application, and we're confident the plans we've laid out will both upgrade the current stand and add new facilities that everyone in the community will be able to enjoy and appreciate," said Alistair Mackintosh, CEO of Fulham FC.

Nicholas Reynolds, Populous senior principal and project lead, added: "We're delighted to be working so closely with Fulham FC to design a building that provides a great home for the team and a great neighbour for our local community, all through the year.

"It's a real privilege to work on such an authentic, world-famous football ground and at the same time bring to life such an incredible riverside location in London."

The club secured planning permission for a previous design in 2013. In a statement it said that the latest proposal – itself commissioned by Khan in favour of a different broad concept study developed by Heatherwick Studio – has "incorporated a modern design that is sympathetic with the river and local area and best reflects the needs of the club, community and neighbourhood by delivering a wide range of benefits both now and for future generations".

Fulham face Premier League Southampton in the FA Cup third round

Whites to take on the Saints

Fulham have been drawn to face Southampton in the FA Cup.

The tie will take place at Craven Cottage on the weekend of January 6/7, depending on whether the TV companies decide to broadcast the game. With Brentford and QPR also at home, a game may be moved due to policing.

The two sides last met in the Premier League in February 2014, with the Saints claiming a 3-0 win.

Adam Lallana, Rickie Lambert and Jay Rodriguez all found the net for the high flying Saints.

Last season, Fulham progressed into round four after beating Cardiff City in Wales and they drew Hull.

The Tigers, a Premier League side at the time, were dumped out at Craven Cottage as the Whites booked their place in round five.

Tottenham, though, ended their hopes by claiming a convincing win on the banks of the Thames.

Grosvenor Casinos donates Fulham shirt sponsorship

Grosvenor Casinos, main team partner for Fulham Football Club, has donated its front of shirt logo space back to the club ahead of the clubs charity match this weekend.

Players of the Craven Cottage based side will now wear shirts emblazoned with the Fulham Football Club Foundation (FFCF) logo, instead of the club sponsor.

Aaron O'Sullivan, Head of Marketing (Digital) at Grosvenorcasinos.com, said: "We're thrilled to be involved in supporting Fulham's Official Charity Match Day by donating our shirt sponsorship. The FFC Foundation do so much fantastic work in the community and it will hopefully be a great day for all involved."

The initiative forms a part of FFCF's official official charity match against Birmingham City, with the Championship fixture scheduled for a 3pm kick off on Saturday 9 December.

Supporters are also being urged to bring a £1 donation along to the ground, with fans also able to bid on the match worn shirts from the fixture which the players will be signing and donating.

All funds donated are to go directly to the FFCF disability provision in the community.

Amy O'Brien, Head of Development at Fulham Football Club Foundation, commented: "This illustrates perfectly the level of collaboration between Fulham Football Club and its partners. It's exceptional that Grosvenorcasinos.com have chosen to gift their sponsorship to FFCF and in doing so, provide a new platform to promote the Foundation and its work."

Grosvenor Casinos signed a two year deal in July of this year to become Fulham's main team partner.

The UK licensed online casino and sports betting provider has its logo featured on the shirts of both the first team and PL2 side, as well as becoming the clubs official betting and casino partner for the duration of the deal.

Junior fans can purchase home shirts bearing the FFCF logo from the club shop between December 7-9 only.
