I love his speaking style, but just think how excellent a manager he would be if he had better command of the language and the players all understood what he was saying.
But, I will bet that when Slav speaks they all listen.

It's because of his management style and charisma that he actually gets away with his lack of command of our English Language. This does make him a bit special, but he should try and improve his English more for the future as it may not always be enough to rely on his other attributes which I admit are considerable, and all credit to him.
But at the end of the day communication is the be all and end all, and yes he seems to be overcoming any obstacles more or less at the moment because of his manner and actions, and he does have a way with words, cliches and sentences, let's hope it does not hold him back.
