Given they just played Villa I'm surprised there was anything regarding Saturday.
I'll update tomorrow

" Do you think it's ok to be confident
for Saturday away to the fools live on tv. ?"

" If it wasn't on sky then I'd say most definitely yes"

"Fulham have asked for a postponement on the grounds that we have won away"

" go there on the back of a great result and performance. We will be facing the in form team in the league but at least we know we can cause problems and give anyone a game."

" Now we're safe we can play without fear.

"Nothing to lose. All the pressure on them. Keep roughly the same team, get on front foot, no reason we can't take three points."

" Still think they'll do us, away and on Sky. Plus it's them, the bunch of carnts"

" Top Scorers 2017/2018

Matt Smith - 8
Conor Washington - 6
Luke Freeman - 5
Idrissa Sylla - 4
Jamie Mackie - 4
Massimo Luongo - 4
Jack Robinson - 2
Yeni Ngbakoto - 1
Darnell Furlong - 1
David Wheeler - 1
Pawel Wszolek - 1
Paul Smyth - 1
Aramide Oteh - 1
Josh Scowen - 1
Joel Lynch - 1
Eberiche Eze - 1
Ryan Manning - 1
Jake Bidwell - 1

January Transfers 2018

IN
Eberiche Eze (loan return), Matt Ingram (loan return)

OUT
Steven Caulker, Yeni Ngbakoto, Sean Goss (loan), Joe Lumley (loan), Reece Grego-Cox, Michael Petrasso, Brandon Comley, Ariel Borysiuk, Olamide Shodipo (loan)

"We are always shite on sky,if it wasn't the live game I'd say we'd have a decent chance of getting a result (after tonight),but it's on sky so..........."

"  Really confident now & especially with eze, who makes us tick and keep possession superbly, just the piece in the jigsaw we`ve been missing, that drives us on, and not forgetting little smythies"

" Not to be selfish but it sucks for me that this is on Sky, no QPR+ maybe I'll get a half decent stream!"

" Good side Fulham arguably form side of division still think they will turn us over but we will give them a game based on what I watched last night"

" They'll probably beat us but all the pressure is on them and we should be full of confidence so let's hope we go and give them a right good game"

" Go there and do ourselves justice and hopefully nick a result which would stall that mob a little. While we cannot be confident of winning the game we should however be very confident of giving them a game. Furlong will need help as a lot of their best work goes through sessignon"

" Holloway put Perch on last night to play behind Furlong because Furlong was having two or sometimes three to mark because Manning loses concentration and let's players go by and Wszolek, when switched, just looked knackered. In the circumstances it was an unusually good substitution for our leader. Would work on Saturday."

ROLL CALL

" 2 from the sunny south coast
Mind you we've only sold 1100, very poor imho"

" The Offy hasn't updated the ticket sales in ages - probably be about 2500 on the day"

"Me +7. Will have to get lashed up as we could be in for a pasting"

" Will be there giving it the large !
Mostly looking forward to half time !!! "

" According to the official, still 1,200 left."

" When was that updated though? So that means we have sold 3k. So basically the same as what Fulham bring to us and we slate them.
Me and 5 others will be there. No chance of me sitting if I am at the front."

" the putney massive in attendance"

"up to 2,000 now"

" Croydons finest will be there"

" Just under 3000 sold Lyme"

" Don't shoot the messenger, but as of 7.45pm, someone on the TiFF site who I tend to believe (backed up by someone I don't know) says that out of the original 4,100 allocation, Rangers have sent back a block of 800 and so the allocation is now 3,300, of which there are about 1,200 left - meaning sales so far of 2,100.
Just passing on what seems to be the case."-Harefield FFC

"Hare  you will see up close and personal why rangers fans are losing interest and thats just the numpty on the sideline"

" Got no issues with Fulham, but don't goad fella don't goad"

" Not goading - just passing on info which gives a more accurate figure, that's all.
If situations were reversed, we'd probably bring even less TBH" HarefieldFFC

" OK good lad"

" We only got 3k last season and had few left 2 day before game, not on TV either last season"

" Poor from us but not suprised we have not sold out the allocation and as Westy says they will see first hand why there is such a divide now among the Rangers supporters. Got my 4 tickets so going there hoping it is not a bloodbath."

" Online ticketing service is awful system, talk about going out of your way to make it hard to purchase. Given up"

" Yep, modern ticketing is rubbish. Suppose we'll never experience the golden age of rolling up at 2.55pm and chucking a handful of shrapnel at the fellah in the turnstyle to watch a team of heroic British born players wearing the Hoops play with pride."

" It's a pain it's on at 12.30 and on Sky. That must be a factor in the otherwise surprisingly relatively low sales for this most salty of local derbies. I am going, as I've said elsewhere, but will be next to you lot in the Putney End, in the 'neutral' stand. As I'm going with my brother, his son and a mate, two of whom are sadly Fools fans, I had no choice. Hopefully it won't be too humiliating."

" C'mon chaps, after last night's win surely a few more will fancy it now? Love us to pack out that away end."

" Just under 3000 sold so far.
Not bad going considering 12:30 kick off, on Sly sports and a hammering by the tarquin's is on the cards!"

" Look on the bright side, good evenings drinking on the cards"

" FULL ALLOCATION 4,056 (1,200 REMAINING) LOWER TIER TICKETS ADVANCED PRICED: £30 Adults, £25 Senior Over 65/Young Adult 18-21 and £15 Junior 17 & Under.
Massive surge in the last 7 hours?"

"  'Massive'? That's 2800 by my reckoning.
To sell that amount given our season, its on TV, our away form AND our form v Fulham and their form v ours, think its a great achievement and shows that maybe, just maybe, the misery on here isn't mirrored amongst real life fans!"

" I have a few Fulham mates I was talking to at a party at the.weekend and they are convinced we will do them otherwise they will break a club record for consecutive games won or undefeated or something and they recokon we will be the curse. Fat chance "

" I'm going to pub to watch us get heavily beaten by the Fools and then England get heavily beaten by Ireland immediately afterwards..."

"  I can't see us getting anything against Villa or Fulham but at least Ollie can give the young players more game time. I'd like to see Manning get a start and BOS some time too.
I've got us pencilled in for a 52 point finish which will be plenty to secure our place for the 18/19 Championship campaign."

" they've won 11 from last 15, we've won 11 all season.
God it would be just lovely to piss on there party!!!"

" I'm liking what I'm hearing about these young uns. They will need time and patience to really develope into the players we all hope they can become. Wouldn't it be nice to slow the Fulham bandwagon down too."

" Fulham 3 QPR Nil"

" Fulham 4 QPR 2"

" Alas defeat. 3-0"

" Foolham 4 QPR 0"

Updated Below

"Taking nothing away from last night but Fulham are a LOT better than Villa.
still can't see past a tonking."

" Villa are above them in the table to be fair.
I think we will probably lose Saturday but I don't agree they are a LOT better"

" Didn't they beat them the other week 2-0 ?
15 games unbeaten and they've done most of the top 6 - possibly the best side in the division IMO. Still reckon they'll get automatic personally."

" fulham have to win we don't ... get's down to who wants it more on the day"

" Fulham still in with outside shout of auto promo they will want it and that's before you add derby element
I'm actually looking forward to it instead of going their with dread so make of that what you will. Should be good game between two competitive teams both adopting different styles. Our season is over now so we're really just seeing the next feed weeks out, does that make us dangerous or complacent??? We will find out Saturday"

" No prediction poll thread or team to play them thread cos we are doing okay at the moment and this board dont like that.
Anyway, Scowens out (for the season id guess) with suspected appendicitis"

" we'll miss scowen covers lots of grass , mops a lot of balls up"

" Poor lad, he's literally bust a gut for us. Quite a big loss for us and a bummer he's not going to be there tomorrow. I guess Manning will replace? Or maybe Perch?
We're going to need to scrap this one, stop Fulham playing their way."

" Robinson and Smyth still doubtful as well."

" Fulham are definitely the form team at he moment, I agree with that. I just don't think they are that much better than Villa. Villa were one of the strongest sides I have seen at HQ this season."

" Different sides for me villa more powerful but Fulham play and move ball quick and have pace"

" Yes, I agree. Although we were still in that home Villa game they felt the stronger.
I am still gutted I didn't go the other night having bought tickets for the original fixture. We just had one of our suppliers walk in the office here - a Villa season ticket holder"

" Hope this will not end up as an anti-climax. We are not expected to win, however we were not expected to win against Villa...and we did!"

" Clueless Clown has got a plan for the game against Fulham.
http://www.westlondonsport.com/qpr/h...an-fulham-game"

"My take is that he's bought himself some more time with many on here, since he abandoned WB's and the performances/results then improved. The poll with most people wanting him gone now was taken before March's upturn. The last 3 games obviously isn't enough to see if the formation change will be a lasting one, so I think for many the jury is now out on him and they're waiting to see how the season's final 1/4 pans out before deciding if they still want him around next season. If it goes well then I think most would. That's my impression anyway. "

" fulham think they've already won the game if u listen to their fans , how i'd love to smash them on the pitch tomorrow ... going on about our poor ticket sales etc , does anyone know how many we've sold"

" No Scowens . Robbo and Smyth still very doubtful.
So same as Villa with Freeman in for Scowens?
Or is that a bit to forward thinking against an in form and free flowing Fulham side?"

" To do anything in this game we need to move them about and take them out their shape so need mobile and pace on pitch"

" scowen missing will be a big miss imo as him and luongo would have been crucial in cutting out fulhams play. tbh i'd play cousins then as the lad has an engine on him and can get up and down the pitch. hard game either way"

" The team kind of picks itself under the circs, and please god he continues with a back four. 4-5-1 goes 4-3-3 ball won seems to be where we are at the moment, he doesn't really do a conventional 4-4-2 which would suit Big Smith better.
The big decision is whether to press or hold. Against Villa I wanted us press hard and high, and they invited us on. If I thought we could park the bus for an hour and a half I'd go that way, but I'm not convinced. Press em , make them play long."

" Last time Fulham lost at craven cottage in the league was Bristol City at halloween.
Can't see anything beyond a home win......but then I would've said the same tuesday"

" hate to say it but they've got a bit to much for us"

" We're pretty confident after the last couple of results which is a bad thing in my opinion as we always lose when we are brimming with confidence like we did at forest earlier this year
3-1 to them I reckon"

" how i'd love us to win , dislike their fans on a whole"

" Let's give it a go. Nothing to lose. 4231 again. Smith has something to prove."

"What pub is everyone meeting at before Fulham on Saturday?"

" Read this on their website:

"David Frear recommends; 'The Crabtree on Rainville Road (10 minutes walk from the ground) welcomes all away supporters and as a Fulham season ticket holder I can tell you that as long as you don't watch your football at Loftus Road you can be assured of a warm welcome'.
So I say let's go there then."

"I want a beer not a G&T and canapes."

" Hahaha you could stroll into any Fulham pub without anything happening."

" Shouldn't it be a hamper and pims on the banks of the Thames?"

" pubs are shut as qpr are bringing many stormtroopers all have eaten tins of baked beans so very smelly,be carefull bring gas masks"

" William Morris in Hammersmith is open at 8am I hear"

" no pub for me a coffee on the river"

" You will be in the wrong end mate latte drinkers sit in the Hammersmith end"

" Hesquith? Gather up Aubrey, Fauntleroy and Hilarian. It would appear that those oiks from Shepherd's Bush will be in attendance on Saturday'.2

" They hate us with a passion, but I have to say I am not sure most Rs are really bothered about them. They are a good team this season, so Sat will be tough and I suspect they will make the play-offs.
They have a view that are support is poor (cant deny that this season) but it will be interesting to see how many they muster for a play-off final, given we have two amazing turnouts v Cardiff and Derby."

"Yeah they hate us.
https://www.friendsoffulham.com/forum/index.php?topic=64257.0"

" Ahh, bless the one who misses it because of his Skiing trip."

" I'm gutted for poor old Twig.
That did make me laugh."

" Funny really as I thought after the escapades in 99 and them having tons of money during the fayed years the rivalry would have gone up a few notches , goes to show we still don't care
Chelsea will always be our game it seems"

" Let's face it, it's hard for two clubs to get up a decent local rivalry if both of them have got Chelsea hanging around the neighbourhood. I just don't have enough energy left over and I bet they feel the same."

"Football violence in England might now be largely reduced to fat granddads and skinny kids filming each other shuffling along compliantly in Police escorts, whilst giving it the old "Come on then, you muggy mugs!" to bemused shoppers and people waiting for busses, but when it comes to a derby, Rangers can still pull huge numbers from the grim suburban estates of Pinner, Ruislip, Northwood and places like Tring.
Rangers' finest plotting up on the notorious Bovis Executive Home estate in Northwood:    "

"Cispin Bootcamp-Pilates, Fulham season-ticket holder, is not a happy man.

CBP: "Farkin rearranged kick-offs! No consideration for the average fan. That'll be the deposit gone on the Saturday morning Elizabethan-spatchcock fusion-cooking with sustainable antlers workshop"

" Funny how things change...my dad was a Fulham supporter. In those days Fulham was at best Pooterish but most fans were doggedly working class. Now most of the dwindling working class lads in the area support Chelsea, leaving the, well, Ruperts. Dunno what my old dad would say."

" They're just a bunch of extremely wealthy viscous bastards."

" I don't know why people spend a fortune to live in Fulham. The streets are samey and boring, few decent pubs, in fact not many at all. A couple of middling parks, not a huge amount of shops, oh and a football ground."

" they have won 9 out of there last 11 & have an outside chance of automatic promotion let's put them out of there misery.
We had no chance on paper last week & much the same this week, I think relegation is finally out the question so pressure off & finish the season on a high.
For me reward the lads with the same starting XI & grind out a result.
I'll go ultra positive & say 1-1."

" Youthful no pressure connfidence versus squeaky bum time for Fulham. There's a win here if we get a bit of luck."

" Sadly I fear we'll get well beaten (this worked on Tuesday)"

" It's asking a lot to get a result here. I think we'll make a good fist of it but lose in a close game."

" Fulham are in a run of very good form with recent wins against top teams - Wolves, Derby, Sheff Utd, Villa. I think they will win it 2 or 3 nil."

" Without Scowen we may lose the midfield battle and hence the game."

"  let us remember there will be loses. These are youngsters and should be given time. The way forward is probably to buy a young defender or two plus try another winger/forward and another out and out centre forward/SCORER youngster from the advice of Penrice who I trust. But football does have that habit of kicking fans just when there is hope so be careful.
Aston Villa were after the Lord Mayors Show so we should also temper our enthusiasm.
Beat Fulham though....
Anyway well done lads-Well done Ian Holloway I am proud of you"

" After last night its clear to me that we will go up next season and by the first transfer window Eze will be sold to Real Madrid for £120m and Smyth to Man Utd for £80m. Both will be replaced by players currently in our U18s and the toilets in SAR will get a refurb."

" I think Smith is doing very well for us. In recent games he's been up against big back fours and he's won more than his share of headers. Against Bolton I remember they had 4 6 foot + defenders but Smith got headers in on goal. It was the same against Derby. He's done very well and tried as hard as he can with his back to goal.
I'm not sure I agree about Freeman. Yes, he is our most constructive player and he has got the most assists but I haven't been hugely impressed with his decision making of late. Also, Luongo and Scowen pip him for work rate."

Thats all folks

Slaphead in Qatar

Sound like a bunch of twats.

However I can see us dropping points here.

St Eve

I can't. I think we will crush them

Maccy91

Im actually more confident we will beat them after their result against villa, means that we wont overlook them. SJ was at villa park last night and he will have seen what happens to a team that thinks they are gonna beat them without turning up.

bobbo

I always enjoy your view from posts terry , thanks - bobbo

Baszab

Prefer them to Brentford any day

Fulham76

Makes me laugh how desperate they are for us to dislike them & then pretend they don't care about us & don't see us as a rival. The fact they keep on saying they don't care proves they actually do.

Pathetic little club. Definitely the football club equivalent of little man syndrome.

Out of interest, have they managed to shift a few more tickets for tomorrow, or still struggling to hit the 2,000 mark for a local derby?

Forever Fulham

Reading these posts of opposing fans is such a guilty pleasure.  "The in form team in the league".  Yup.  "Gonna roll us."   Nice.

mrmicawbers

I think it's Hilarious the way they try to increase the numbers that are coming.Deluded some of them. Its in black and white and we shall see tomorrow.

davew

Only read most of their comments which overall sounded like they are doom and gloom, hope they are right!!

Plus one. In SJ I trust.
