He is such fresh air when you compare him with all the miserable up themselves managers in football. Funny, engaging and despite what some people think of him being a clown 🤡 he is astute and is successful most of the time. Don't wish him well today but am glad he is in football.

Me too, he was a top CB at QPR for a long time.
He has a great sense of humour and is knowhere near being the buffoon that a lot think he is
Did wonders at Blackpool.
A good manager and 'recognized' for a lot of the wrong reasons.
VERY DAFT AND A LOT DAFTER THAN I SEEM, SOMETIMES

Yep, I think being miserable is seen as being a "serious" manager..

A lot of QPR supporters would disagree with you.

Whatever his merits as a manager, he's a thoroughly decent person.

They think he's stubborn for insisting on playing 3-5-2 all season when the don't have any actual wingbacks ect.  they will be pleased that he is playing 4-4-2/4-4-1-1 today, they think they would be further up the table is he had played that formation all season.  There are several other things as well.

I just asked my mate (a hoop) and he said sh*t tactics, plays players out of position, but it's to depressing to for him to say more.
