Bernie Slaven was the guy, (ex Middlesbrough and Eire international) he said he would show his bum in Binns Window if Boro beat Man Utd.

Which they duly did.

Maybe it spurs teams on, such wagers, hence mine.

I do recall seeing it and yes he did keep his red pants on, rather like Gary Lineker chickening out and wearing basically a tent when he made a similar wager about Leicester winning the league.
