18/19 kits
« on: May 24, 2018, 11:15:36 AM »
I need something to distract me while I wait for Saturday, can't concentrate on anything so here are some new kits for next season...

Yeovil Town

F.C. Copenhagen - replace the blue with red and this would make a nice away kit for us

Aldershot Town

Celtic

We should really be focusing on teams with Adidas, just so we can see if we can spot any designs/trends that we might get on our shirt

Nice to see on the Aldershot kit photo Jake Gallagher (left side) who I knew at Welling Utd FC.
The connection is at one point he was a Fulham youth team captain.

Saw the latest adidas template catalogue and I'm going to make a guess that it's this.

Someone on TIFF said a few days ago that he'd seen our new kit and that it had slim stripes, so it could well be it.

I quite like it.

The FFC one looks better than any of the others, that is that distraction over, so how now are we going to get through Friday other than:-

1. Think about who will fill that wide right spot, Kamara, Ayite or Piazon.
2. Discus if Tarrget is fully it, he hasn't been on his best form for the last couple of games
3. Will Villa concentrate on our left flank where our youngest players are.
4. How many heavy tackles will Cairney have to take in the first ten minutes.
5. If it goes to penalties will Norwood be on the pitch to take the first one.
6. Will Cairney remember to take his shooting boots (or at least the left one) to Wembley.

Oh dear Friday is going to be a long day.

Those are sound but as a general rule I don’t rate gambling sponsors on kits. Apparently 18/19 is the last year for them so hopefully 19/20 we’ll get a better deal, maybe bring LG back for old times sake

Add a collar and that's really nice.
