As things stand, it's looking as though some of last seasons players will make the jump to the Premier League.  Given the relentless run of fixtures in the Championship will they benefit from more rest time between fixtures?  Some players seemed to cope better last season but some seemed to feel the effects more after 80 minutes.  If we sign Mitro, I'm thinking he may benefit from the reduced fixture schedule?

With the current size of our squad, all the players could benefit.

Players like Cairney will benefit, because I'm still not convinced his knee is 100% right. Playing weekend to weekend rather than Saturday-Tuesday-Saturday can only be a benefit. Gives players more recovery time and gives Jokanovic more time on the training pitch to prepare for the next game.

Think Championship managers have said in interviews there's not much time to actually coach because most of the time you're going straight from one game into a recovery day and then preparing for the next game straight away.
