I know fans will rightly want to look at the negatives. Spuds were frankly all over us. BUT we produced a couple of good moves that could but for their keeper produced a goal. We are playing probably a top three team. So expect nothing today. However we hope that we don't get badly pummelled in the second half.

We have showed glimpses but I just think to much respect has been paid and we should try and attack to force them back

Not really in it are we, their defence must think it is a training session.
If we could just get a goal it would liven us up but it is hard to see where a goal for us iscomminy from.

I was worried of this happening but we have gone close twice when Lloris made two excellent saves but to concede so close to half time is annoying. :016:

Not really feeling too negative about this as I expected us to get beat. I am just worried how outclassed some of our players look.

I thought their game plan was to attack hard at the start, but they ain't keeping that up for 90

I'm reluctant to pay attention to any of our results until November. Might as well treat this as the pre-season we never really had. And I'm certainly not getting wound up by us losing to a top 4 team.

2-4 points from the next two games is a more reasonable ambition.
