I think that statement needs some qualification - there are thousands of teams in Europe.

There is a club in our Sunday League in one of the lower Divisions that lost 15 3 the other week, so they must be up there also, and their Manager tells me he has been assured that his position is safe.
Although he doesn't understand why after that match the players presented him with a revolver and a bottle of whisky and escorted him to an empty room.
The worrying thing about this is, I haven't seen him since.
