Good evening everybody,
I am on an 'old coaches never die they just get slower' jolly at Old Trafford. Due to extensive roadworks  the traffic is complete and utter chaos. I have just seen that Man Utd have issued a bulletin to their corporate members, probably the riff raff as well, about alternatives, mainly public transport, and outlining a potential 50% additional time required to cover key routes such as the Mancunian Way. Add to this the Christmas Markets and important side roads being closed I would advise a train into Piccadily or the tram from the outskirts.

For those that require a source, clarification, evidence etc it should be on the Man U or local traffic web sites by now.

Enjoy the game and coyw. Whilst some of you are enjoying a beer or three I will be on the stadium and museum tour. If I get the chance to have a quick wee on the pitch I will.
