Why an 8-15 ko? Have I missed something? Why waste the floodlights? I mean it is not as if the fans may be arriving late.

Just cos we beat Forest this does not mean we are out of the woods yet.... :022:

In order to fit in with the Sky TV schedule of course. But we no longer have cause to complain as without fans TV is the only income for the club.

Fair enough....that has shut me up. My wife will be pleased.

the TV say the lack of fans spoils it and yet the TV continually insults real fans by making the KO days and times as difficult as possible.

8.15? I would prefer it a bit earlier like normal time of 7.45.

Oh for the old 7:30 midweek kick off time.

I don't see any great difference.  And I certainly don't feel TV is insulting me with the ko times.

Oh for the old 7:30 midweek kick off time.

At Stoke (where I live) kick-off was 7.15 p.m. in the mid-1960s.  I guess in pre-floodlight days that Saturday k.o. would have to be around 2.00 p.m. in the winter and for mid-week cup replays.

I remembeer 6.15 kick offs at Fulham prior to the lights.
