The lad that sits behind me in H4 has been to every single home & away game this season. I struck up a conversation with him at the Bournemouth game for the first time and he showed me photos of him at every ground.Thats dedication !!
So I wrote to the Marketing Director of the club to see if they might want to show some appreciation of the man's commitment.
Got no reply from Jack Burrows (I have an email address)
and they have shown zero appreciation of his efforts. Not even a mention at half time today.
I have now experienced first hand the level of appreciation this club has for its fan base and frankly, it's proved wanting.
He doesn't fall within the parameters of the ideal cash generating 'spectator'. For a start, half his outlay goes elsewhere, and then he's not swanning about in the premium seats and hobnobbing with the celebrities in the Riverside. So he's no big deal for the club. But it's real supporters like him (and you) who keep this frustrating and wonderful club going through thick and thin.
I'm messaged them twice enquiring about things, that was over 3 months ago.No Reply.

Am I missing something, why should the Club make a special mention for a supporter going to every game,
All teams in the 92 will have supporters that attend every match, I certainly know of supporters from QPR, Bournemouth and Plymouth that do,
Some Club's have hundreds that achieve it whilst others have thousands that manage it ,
I've even managed it myself, 40 odd years ago 😁

So the club might have an ongoing feature over the PA each home game featuring "Supporter of the week" from nominees. Just a bit of extra interest, .and a large helping of pride for the lucky winner
Been to every game home and away too this season but think hundreds must do it every year.
I've never done it but hats off to all those who do. Surely you've all noticed football is very different these days . It's a shame but true .

Then you will know the time and cost involved. I don't care about other teams, this is about FFC and considering our often woeful away support , commitment like this is "few and far between".. A big up from the club is , in my humble opinion, in order.

And respect to you as well. One of the very few that will ever do it.
Our away support is far from woeful these days.
Also a few hundred go to every game, it's impressive but not really worth mention. People fly in from Canada for every home game, they don't get a mention.
The hierarchy at this club has disengaged with proper fans along time ago.
They pander to certain clientele, all you have to do is look at Our FAB.
I know at least two people who have been going home & away every game even when in the 3rd Div and they weren't even considered for the FAB after putting their application in.

....then quite simply they should.
I sat in the Riverside yesterday for the first time and far too many people around me didn't appear to be genuine (to me anyway) Fulham supporters.
Looking the other way at something going on at the HE when the game was down the PE.
Taking photos & videos during the game.
A family in front of me having a picnic during the first half FFS!
One bloke in his late 50's and a FFC shirt even said to his mate "Who's George Cohen" when they made the presentation to his family!
I despair!
But these seem to be the clubs priority these days!
They'll be all over us in a few years if they get a cheapskate new manager who takes us down 3 divisions
They'll rename the Riverside the Fan's stand and when all the bistros have departed to be replaced by poundshops we'll be entitled to a free gift on our way out each match
That said, we're no worse than any other PL club from what I hear, in fact probably a hell of a lot better.
