I for one would love him.
Silva has messed us around, so let's move on - Arne was a really good coach at Feyenoord and his team before and would love him at Fulham
I knew this would be posted as a thread! :slap:
More chance of Kelly Brook finally admitting her undying love for me.
Not a chance in hell he'd come to Fulham!
Not going to happen.
Not going to happen but yes if it could lol
:welcome1:
Happy to go and collect him...
::scarf::
Another Matin Jol in the making
Nah
I'd very happily have him if Silva turns down the reported £8m a yr being offered and leaves. Slot was on £6.5m a year in Car Theft city. Offer him what Silva was offered, live in London, what more does he want? ::scarf:: ::scarf::
Slot being a high profile manager may be able entice better players so IMO he would be a good appointment, albeit we may not appeal to him as others have mentioned.
His footballl is boring as 🤬. Parkerball 2.0
Agreed very unlikely to happen, but feel if it did, he´d slot in just fine.
He failed with all the talent available to him at 'Pool (several of which were his buys) so why would he do well with the more limited resources at FFC? Anyhow, his football was pretty dull so it's a no from me.
Well, Liverpool didn't take 6 points off of lil' ol' Fulham this season!! Ha!

Oh. It has gone upmarket since it eas the hubcap heist city :slap:
No. He MIGHT be a very good manager but IMO his time at Liverpool hasn't demonstrated that he has what it takes to manage in the PL. So, too big a risk for us right now if Marco leaves,

He spent 400 million last year and failed. I suppose we will need to spend more
Big manager merry-go-round this summer - Slot, Guardiola, Glasner, Iraola, maybe Silva..
A lot of big names out of work and looking for something new.. don't think I can remember anything as significant.. on top of the managers we say goodbye to Salah, Robertson, Bernado Silva, John Stones, Anthony Gordon, Konate, Casemiro, Seamus Coleman, Kieran Trippier
Feels like a significant changing of the guard in many ways...
Re our own managerial situation - if Marco goes I hope the club have a plan to bring someone in asap. We need it, especially with players out of contract, needing reinforcements and the world cup on the horizon.
I don't loathe Marco, and I'm not fed up with him - he could still stay, though press make it seem likely he's off to Benfica - he did say he'd give us his answer this week, which he hasn't yet and we're in Sunday now.
I'm for Marco staying personally, but if not I'd like a big name manager to take on the reigns and be backed properly... Glasner, Pochettino, Slot are all options.. Zidane is available too apparently lol.. Filipe Luis would be an interesting option.
Glasner, Poch and Slot are not options. Why would Glasner leave a team that won 3 cups in the past 18 momnths and are in Europe again. Poch always wanted Spurs and thinks he is better than he is. He is talking to AC Milan anyway. Slot has probably never heard of Fulham and there is zero chance of him coming.

Oh I bet Slot remembers a certain Harrison Reed and his goal of the season

NB if you try to type the hair colour sometimes described as redhead, the forum will convert it to a series of asterisks. Weird.
Big Ange for me...
Fulham play the kind of football he's flourish with

Yes, losing football.

Ahhh, yeah, I know the maths. Just thinking that Slot shouldn't think he's too big for a job at CC.
If Silva leaves, I think there are better fits for Fulham than Slot.
By the way, Slot and Glasner both on AC Milan's shortlist, now Allegri out
Surprised there are no takers for Glasner in the Prem 🤔🤨🧐
