Title: NFR Everton

The imposed payment to Burnley is interesting and could open the sluice gate for such fines. Imagine if City are found guilty. This precedent could finish them

Was thinking the same yesterday. With msn city's running over many years, there's a potential for 30-40 clubs claiming against them.

Still feel they're gonna get away with it though.... somehow!

Also all the Championship clubs that could sue Southampton

It's a PL rule not EFL from what is being reported.

With City, as an example, we could argue for our 6 points back every season that could be worth around 5 million a season, and maybe would have saved us from relegation which is another 200 million plus. So us alone is about 500 million. Now adding Chelsea, Forest, Everton etc
My real point is this has the potential to have a major on the premier league.
