Scotland will do well to get anything against Morocco, who are a very decent side (7th in the world).
If they can manage a draw, they're pretty much through though.
McTominay playing obviously - he who wouldn't join us.
And they're a goal down already!
Didn't know Grant Hanley was still playing let alone playing in the WC finals.
Did I hear that right. Morocco have only lost once in 50 games?
I always enjoy when McGinn is losing, in whatever team he's playing

I heard that as well. How are they only 7th in the world with that record?!
They must hwve played lots of very low ranking countries I guess?
So far, this game feels like watching FFC at the Etihad.
Definitely a better second half, but they'll be lucky to go through unless they perform a miracle against Brazil.

Not necessarily. I think there's a good chance 3 points will be enough to go through, providing they lose by one goal and not by a huge margin.
I can't see Czech Republic or South Africa getting to 3 points, same with Jordan and Algeria. Then they would need only two more groups to go their way. Bosnia and Qatar could draw their match, which isn't impossible, or Paraguay and Turkey could also be a draw and then they might fail to win in the last round. A third placed team from some group could have worse goal difference, etc.

They could easily get something against Brazil, who aren't the force they once were.

Why?
Don't you like good players who give their all in a game.
I wish we'd have signed him.
Good goal by Morocco, they are no mugs.
Dark Horses, they seem to sprint out of the blocks very quickly in all their games.
Mctominay going down far too easily looking for cheap penalties, very milky.
Morocco could have won by more, but in the end 1 0 was enough.
I don't remember Scotland having a single shot on target in the whole of the 90 + minutes.

Personally I like any player good or not so good giving their all in a game, as I suspect everyone else does.
He is an irritating individual, nevertheless I would rather have him playing for Fulham rather than against, as we need more players that get their hands muddy and eat dirt on the front line.
We play in competitions and he is a competitor, and the likes of him amongst the ranks in the dressing room may inspire players to roll their sleeves up and sweat blood for the cause.
In the same way Alan Mullery did, and Danny Murphy and the one and only the great Bobby Killer Keetch a Legend in his own lifetime.
He was nicknamed Killer because he was a stopper, he destroyed attacks and cleared quickly.
All Great English Warriors who had a massive impact on team spirit, desire and commitment.

That's one of Scotland's problems is that Clarke picks players who are experienced but aren't the quality required at the World Cup.
Some of these players don't even get picked for their clubs as first choice.
That game showed how poor the Scots are.
A poor team with no pace or quality always struggling to compete against any half decent team.
Interesting listening to criticism of the ref from some quarters this am. I wasn't convinced by the two big penalty shouts for Scotland but suspect one of them would've been given in the Premier League.

They probably played Burnley ever other week!
I noticed Morocco are busy all over the pitch box to box, give and go, pass and move.
I wouldn't be surprised if Scotland felt they were playing against 12 players, as Morocco's movement on and off the ball was impressive.
They are clearly well coached, and will give anyone a good game.

Extremely childish comment. How old are you....10
I apologise to our Scottish, or Scotland based fans ............. but my perception is that Scotland supporters only wish for England's demise. Tbh, i hope Brazil stuff them 20 nil.
I would say that, i always used to cheer on all the home nations in the 70s, 80s and some of the 90s, but as they obviously are jealous/hate us... F**k 'em.
I seem to remember Andy Murray's wearing a Brazil shirt in the run up to Eng v Brazil. I get my share from the in-laws when England lose. But I still see benefit in all of the home countries when they win.

My mum disliked AM for that reason, despite sharing a birthday

Make it 21 0 for destroying the Wembley goal posts back in the late 60s.
If that had been England fans doing that to another country's ground, they would have been crucified as hooligans.
But because it was Scotland it was described by some creatures of the establishment and media as over zealousness.
You couldn't make it up.

They have been surprisingly maybe, given the hype, poor, and the players seem nervous and unsure, but they did well to fight their way back v Morocco, despite not having a shot on target, with a decent pen shout - but they could have been 3 down before half time.
I do support Scotland, and my wife is Scottish - but she has no interest in football at all!
I come from a generation when you supported all British teams abroad, club or national. I suppose being English puts us in a position to be magnanimous re the rest of the UK.
Whatever, I know they never wish us well, and there is a, mostly humorous, rivalry, but I still support them and really want them to go through, but they are lucky to still have an outside chance.
Recently found that I am half Scottish and Irish on my father's side through dna, though English with Scandinavian influences on my Mother's.
