Well as we hopefully wait for an announcement of our new coach and possibly a bunch of unknown Spanish kids my big worry as he hasn't had much experience of being a senior coach how the hell are we going to attract players to join us if he has no clout we then have to rely on on tony what a stupid position to be left in we will be paying over the odds for players we don't want just players no one else wants this could be a disaster it doesn't look like this will end well. With other clubs sorted out their managers and recruiting our part time Dof is in a rush as he has to get back to his love you can't make it up wrestling this will not end well.
Pretty much every player playing professionally today has either seen Arbeloa play internationally or in the Champions League or heard of him as a player or a coach. I don't think a midtable PL team with an exciting young coach who has played at the highest level will struggle to attract players that would've previously considered us under Silva. Gives you something to make up in your head and get mad about, you perhaps ought to consider invoicing TK for the space he lives in your head rent free
Players go for the money or the long contract gone are the days when the players came in for the project.
Arbeloa has no clout ... he has just come from managing the biggest club in Europe. If anything he will make it easier to attract top level players.

Not so sure about that. From what I've seen/learned his time with RM was rather dodgy and was definitely short lived.

It's not like your hiring Kieran Mckenna who no foreign player will have heard of, it's a manager who was managing the biggest club in the world 6 months ago, who has worked with Mbappe, Camavinga, Vinicius.
He is well known for developing young players and comes with a huge reputation in Spain - I think its an appointment that opens a lot of doors for us recruitment wise.

Hope you're right. Fingers crossed.......
He's the start of the next new adventure for the club.
