Title: This season's kit
Post by: Andrew on July 22, 2026, 03:15:34 PM
Did i miss something? Has the new kit been announced?
If not do we know whether we will be back in proper black shorts?

As an aside,
Will we make a signing of note before the kit is announced, after the kit is announced or at the same time? Actually, come to think of it will we be making a signing of note at any time before the season starts, bearing in mind it's almost August? The new manager did say we needed new players ASAP so surely we want to make him happy.

Clickhouse sponsor for FFC front shirt.  Noticed in todays' Fulham Stuff.

Fingers crossed return to black shorts....

Emile Smith-Rowe looks like a young lad that was walking past the ground when somebody stopped him and asked him if he's got a minute to have a picture taken in the new kit,
He looks very awkward.

You shouldn't really go wrong with a black and white kit (it has been a mess in the past) and this is OK by me.

Short sleeve shirt with all the personalisation = £107!  That's really taking the pi$$!

I am 100% a collar man over no collar (when done right)

Most of our best looking kits have all had one imo.

1980
1997 GMB
1998/9 Demon internet
2001 Pizza Hut
2007 LG

For me this one with the red stripe on the neckline is ugly as sin

Overall it's just super boring more than anything. One of the most instantly forgettable kits in a while.

First impressions is that its very similar to a lot of our previous kits, only more 'barcode-y' with all those stripes.

But looking up close, really think the red  details do save this kit from boring to quite nice along with the black shorts.

Not a complete wow for me, but overall quite smart and decent looking

Very underwhelming tbh .like long sleeve option but £90 .hate round collars and red piping .good to see the mens back in black shorts .not sure if the womens kit will have AEW on it .hoping the 2nd & 3rd kits are better .im certainly not rushing out to buy it

They haven't, they've been wearing baselayers under short sleeve shirts. They went out of fashion but are having a resurgence.

The long sleeved ones looks bad, short sleeves on the girl make it better.

With our new 'front of shirt' principal partner' as opposed to our 'sleeve' principal partner (does someone actually gets paid for this nonsense) the shirt nickname can easily be changed to accommodate our league position at any given point in the season.
So if doing well it can be the Slick House shirt, well or badly can become Sick House depending on your age and hopefully it won't be S**t House as that would suggest things aren't going well at all.  ::scarf::  ::scarf::

Boring for me

"this jersey echoes the club's motto 'We Live by the River,' a tribute to its heritage and spirit."

Am I missing something with this kit as I can't see how this kit is a tribute to "we live by the river" according to the Official

And £101 for a printed short sleeve. Jeeze that seems steep

I think the new kit is fine - but really just a template so not really unique. Really only an update and improvement on the 2022-2023 kit. The sponsor logo is better than the last few seasons - probably the best since 'Visit Florida'

7/10 from me.

It would be nice to have a retro 'trefoil' away kit....

It has the pattern of waves on it with a diaganol weave that you can see when you look close up at the white on the shirt...
They point out in the hype video it's representative of the row boats cutting through the water making a diaganol pattern on the water. In the shot of the row boat you can see they have stencilled over it the outline of the pattern over it

I like it, white shirts and black shorts, it is how it is supposed to be.

BUT

You have to search to find a picture of the kit itself properly...the video is a work of art but in terms of imparting information it is very poor, I was surprised because they want to sell kits. I would have appreciated a still full length image of a player in the new kit right at the beginning on the first page.

Gone are the days of black only shorts, now its great stripes down both sides and red round the bottom, remember the rubbish of 2 seasons ago, that stupid red stripe running all round the back of the shorts.
I'm afraid Adidas are running out of ideas,or do the club have a say in it.

I like our new kit. A predominantly plain white shirt with black trim and a minimal amount of red which is carried through to the shorts and socks. Less is more to my eyes. No necessity for anything more jazzy. Having grown up watching us play, season-upon-season, in a shirt that, badge apart, was entirely white, our new shirt has not, in my opinion, deviated too far from our traditional roots (bearing in mind it was always going to have some form of the Adidas stripes) and I appreciate this. The short-sleeve version looks better than the long-sleeve top.
