Have kept high hopes for this fella ever since we locked in his extension. Hard to get proper information but seems like he was doing well in PL2 and then had surgery before summer on his knee, Instagram seems to show hes back on grass now albeit missing most of preseason.
anybody have an inkling as to if he'll get a loan or another season in u21? hes one of those i hoped might get slowly integrated under Arbeloa but lack of preseason probably killed that dream.
Mick the Beard may know he's fairly well informed re Academy matters.
As you know ridgeon had an acl injury which he may be back on grass doubt he will fit enough till end of season
It's a really nasty injury and plenty of footballers have either not got over it or never been the same. Good news he is young and today's technology with that injury is more in his favour. Still a longish recovery period. Have Always thought his potential was bigger than Kings.
wow all season thats terrible for the lad. Time to show his resilience
Thanks for the insight both 🙏
That is a shame especially for the lad, he looks a good prospect.
Let us hope he can make a full recovery.
It is a long time out, plus apart from the physical challenge and conditioning. There is the mental side also of the impact of this kind of injury has.
Such a shame because I think Arbeloa would give him a chance to state his claim.

Before anyone writes Seth off, he suffered his injury at the start of March so he is already effectively 6 months into his recovery,
Season 26/27 might not be his Season but there is no reason why he can't be playing games during March, April and May to show Arbeloa what an exceptional talent he has inherited at Fulham.
Always a fan of homegrown talent barret,Earle and not quite homegrown uConway, gale, cohen, mullery ,wilson and Haynes etc but after the eighty's we really haven't produced a good supply of 1st team homegrown talent,a club of our size needs to produce kids I have always wondered why more kids abroad seemed more ready than our kids at 20 obviously their is exceptions Rooney at 17 etc perhaps the Spaniard can point us in the right direction.
From what I hear he is progressing well.

Good news. He's a very tidy player in midfield.
That sounds encouraging, looking forward to seeing him in a Fulham shirt again. Good points made about the Academy and home grown talent.
There are a few diamonds out there if you look hard enough.
Nothing like producing one of our own.
