Home to Posh would be fine
Absolutely bound to get Numbers 4 or 5 away.
There's not been any cupsets yet as regards to the Prem sides. Statistically speaking, we're going to be up against a Prem side next round. Let's hope it's going to be Coventry (if they win tonight) instead of a Chelsea or Arsenal.

Away would be better for me!
Sorry to be a selfish malaka!
Bradford away please
Quote from: Fernhurst on September 16, 2026, 06:53:42 PMAbsolutely bound to get Numbers 4 or 5 away.
Or number 6 at home.
Fleetwood went through so let's hope we get them.

That's a guarantee
Palace at home would be a decent draw, their Europa League campaign will be underway & hopefully no more goals off their left-back's shin?
The whole competition has now been cancelled because Man Utd have been knocked out
United look easy pickings for us on Sunday.
Lol at Carrick applauding the empty seats at Old Toilet at the end.

Don't say that. You've just jinxed us.
Fleetwood please
Fulham v Fleetwood....
Chelsea v Man C/Norwich
Arsenal v Liverpool
Please.
Here we go....
I actually thought that was the draw 😣
Fleetwood v Arsenal
Liverpool v Chelsea ::scarf::
Fulham v Palace
Happy with that.
Palace at home
Not bloody palace
Palace ::cry::
Boggy side again ffs
Ughhhhh ffs gone away palace
And our new players will be bedded in.
Palace at home.... Could have been a lot worse..
Liverpool or Chelsea will be gone, and Bradford v Peterborough is a tempting draw for the next round.
There will only be 11 of them, same number as us.
That's three London clubs so far.
Perfectly happy with them
They got very lucky against us and we didnt have our new starting CB and DM in yet
Looking forward to knocking em out
Should've beaten them before, we will have a better starting XI that is more cohesive and they have huge fixture congestion with the europa league so very likely we're playing a heavily rotated XI while we should be able to put out our first XI
We really have to field as close to our best starting XI against this lot as possible, the LC is probably the best way we can get into Europe this season
Much prefer playing Palace rather than Chelsea. Save them for the final.
This is a very good draw. As long as Affengruber plays instead of the donkey we'll have too much for them.
Final fourth round draw results
Fleetwood Town v Arsenal
Everton v Newcastle
Bradford City vs Peteborough
Fulham vs Crystal Palace
Bournemouth vs Aston Villa
Sunderland vs Brentford
Liverpool vs Chelsea
Man City or Norwich City V Brighton
It's time to get some revenge on Palace. Yes, it would have been great to get Bradford or Petreborough, but I still think we could beat Palace, especially if we play like we did against Liverpool. Field pretty much our strongest team and don't play with only two CBs spread out as wide as the pitch.
Up the Fulham ::scarf::
Favourable draw for Arsenal against Fleetwood, although they don't often play against teams playing in a home strip identical to their own.
Excellent draw for us. A good chance of getting into the quarters

Loupalo Bi hattrick.
Had too much hope when liverpool got chelsea and Peterborough and bradford were still in the draw, should've known we wouldnt be that lucky ::tongue::
Let's put this bogey team bs to bed and smash them
Really hope we smash em.
If we can't beat Palace then we were never going to win it. I would take anyone at home bar Arsenal and Man City if we get through.
And Fleetwood's stadium is called Highbury
Quarter final v Bradford or Peterborough would be the perfect scenario ...
Or Fleetwood if they bin Arsenal!
If Sarr and Mateta are back for CP the task gets harder.
We must not allow ourselves to get caught on the break this time.
Looks as though Palace are playing a strong side at Lyon tonight, every little helps.

Wish we were playing at Lyon, chance would be a fine thing.

Why? we're not playing them for 2 weeks.
Had a look on a Palace forum, understandably, they are seriously concerned about their creaking defence.
Another tough away EL fixture tonight, injuries mounting, someone suggested the League Cup is of no important & they'll field their reserves.
Still dreaming of a home win against them.
We have a great opportunity to turn them over, and proceed into the quarter finals.
History and recent results count for nothing, it's what happens on the day.

Bradford or Peterborough in the 1/4s would be ideal!
Let's hope WE pick our best side.

We won't but neither will they. League is too important given both our current positions.
We have to give the fringe players some game time or they won't be no use to us when we need them.

The next game is the most important, otherwise there is no point in entering the competition.
It's a one off, there is no second chance.
Whereas we have the whole season to ensure we stay up.
If we still get relegated it is because we are not good enough.
The League table does not lie, with the exception of someone called Manchester City.
