Arteta, whose contract expires next year, signed a new contract.

This should be a lesson to TK, this is how to get it done. If your current manager's contract is soon expiring and you can't get him to sign a new deal 6-12 months before it expires, it's best to assume he's not interested and to start preparing for the next manager.

I'm not sure Arsenal would have closed the door if he hadn't signed just yet.

But they wouldn't have waited until the contract expired to get their act together either.

Are you talking about Marco Silva who failed three seasons in a row to get us into Europe? Albeit the first one you could blame Mitrovic.

We've moved on. So should you.

We've gone for youth over experience. If you are expecting instant results then you're either new to the game or mad.
