So Sarnian and I (also an Ian😄) have our STs stuck on Man U and will have to go to the ticket office before Hull game. Has anyone else got the same problem?
Please don't tell us what to do to fix it, we've tried it and it doesn't work.
Being an oldie i don't have any of this rubbish. They should allow supporters the choice of Season Ticket cards or enter by phone. I'm not against it but there should be a choice
I get messages twice a day from my wallet telling me that I should view my match day passes.
My wallet says Hull though
Two years of no problems then successfully downloaded my wife's and my season tickets for Chelsea to start this season. Then problems started.
My phone did not download my Palace ticket so told by TO to delete and reload from original
Email. This worked and Utd then successfully downloaded. My wife's successfully downloaded Palace with no problem but Utd failed to download so had to delete and download from original email for Utd to appear.
Apparently you can only reload from original email once so as Hull hasn't downloaded for both of us it looks like a trip to ticket office for both of us for Hull.

Had this mate on last game. Just scan it at the gate. It still works. It then ticks over to the next game.

Three or Four messages in the last week confirming my Hull ticket has been added to wallet.
At what stage can one transfer a digital ticket to someone else in their friends and family network please?

The ticket office told me to try that but even the guy at the gate to sort out problems said it didn't work and expected loads more to not work, his exact words were "I have got 2 hours of this, sending people to the ticket office" "They keep saying there's no problems but there clearly is"

you can :
you need to login in to your OneFulham account , click on tickets - then in the top right corner there is a small person icon which if there are tickets to manage will have a red dot on it - click on there and you can assign from there.
Having said that - it is not as simple as it used to be and I have notified the club about it - you can only assign tickets to friend or family in same age group - you cannot assign an adult to a junior or 18/21 , which you could last season. It is of no financial consequence to tyhe club if you are assigning down but this season it doesn't work

Just to update, phoned the club who were very helpful, they resent a download email, I deleted old from my phone and downloaded new which will hopefully work from now on. Received updated notification last night which hadn't happened with original download so fingers crossed.

They did that for me when first one didn't update from Chelsea, now second one stuck on Man U. Ticket office asked for a screenshot of mine today.

if you are on a iPhone - go into your wallet and click the 3 dots on the season ticket - click pass details - then click on automatic updates on and off and it will update - I have to do this quite a lot.

if you are on a iPhone - go into your wallet and click the 3 dots on the season ticket - click pass details - then click on automatic updates on and off and it will update - I have to do this quite a lot.
I have a Samsung phone and that didn't work however many times I tried.
