I think that AA has done a decent job with the team. However the outcome is still in doubt. I would like to think we'll improve further, but I'm not confident. What do you think?

we were close in most of our games so far, and as most correctly observed, it was only a matter of time before we got our first win. Now that we have- I feel there's a huge mental weight lifted. relegation is no longer an option nor a likelihood and who knows - never say never to a mid table finish!

All 1 goal defeats but looking at cameradirie at end of game and subs celebrating the goal they are all committed to AA ideas and buying into it we will be fine.

Always give 10 games to see tge direction of travel, there have been concerns both defensively and lack of goals going forward. Hopefully improvement is on the way after the Hull win.

One swallow doesn't make a summer. The Hull win was great but we need follow that up with a win at Coventry and put a run of positive results together. Hopefully the direction of travel will be positive from now on but it's difficult to determine the season's trajectory after only seven games. All will become much clearer by the end of November I believe.

Not much will change until January I'm afraid, at that point we need a striker that can consistently score goals and a winger that can both score and provide assists.

Agreed.  As much as I am very happy with the Hull result, still need that all important 'followup' and continued positive performance.  Fingers crossed AA getting more confident and smarter in some of his team selections.

We've shown clear progression after a shaky start. Defence looks much more solid in recent games, with the additions of Charles and Affengruber being key, as well as some tactical tweaks.

We're creating plenty of chances in attack but wasteful finishing them off, hopefully that changes.

I'm right behind Arbeloa.
