Title: Am I the only one having Welsh Rarebit for dinner tonight?

Other than coal, Simon Davies, Ryan Giggs and the one with the large Bristols, has there ever been something good coming out of Wales

Its mint sauce with Lamb Fred ..... that white creamy stuff sounds like horseradish ( I hope) which is normally served with Beef.
